OUR FACILITY
Since 2023 has METCHEM Recycling USA established a recycling facility located in West Alexander, close to Pittsburgh.
With a 20-year history in the recycling industry, our plant holds a general license for processing waste materials. All materials will be processed and recycled in an environmental friendly way, while providing our customers with the most competitive return.
Furthermore, our recycling facility provides toll-services to meet to the specific needs of our customers. Using a sliding bed furnace technology, we offer additional services such as drying and calcining of materials.

SPENT CATALYST
Since 2005 METCHEM is specialized in the recycling of any type of spent, regenerated or unused catalysts. We offer commercially attractive and environmental approved recycling or re-use options for all your catalysts. Depending on specific metal compounds and impurities the most competitive terms will apply. In case no valuable metals are present, we offer competitive treatment charges.
Our proposal is most competitive for catalyst containing;
- Precious metals (Pd, Pt, Rh, Au, Ag, Ru, etc.)
- Molybdenum (NiMo, CoMo, etc.)
- Nickel (including Nickel Raney and Nickel fat)
